GCOM-3000 VOCs Online Monitoring System is composed by VOCs monitoring subsystem, exhaust parameter monitoring subsystem, gas analysis module and system control & data acquisition subsystem. It can monitor organic pollutants in waste gas including methane, total hydrocarbon and non-methane hydrocarbon, low-carbon aldehyde ketone, benzene series (benzene, methylbenzene, xylene, ethylbenzene, cumene, etc.) as well as part of haloalkane and humidity, temperature, pressure, velocity of exhaust. Sample gas passes probe for dust removal, tracing pipe for heat tracing, and then enters high-temperature chromatographic analysis module (GC-FID) for analysis and measurement. For monitoring occasion of organic pollutants with high boiling point, it can effectively prevent sample gas from absorbing and losing in collection and transmission process, thus ensuring stability and excellent performance of sample in process of sampling, analysis, data uploading and maintenance.
