EM-5-CD Continuous Emission Monitoring System is composed by dust monitoring subsystem, gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, and system control & data acquisition & processing subsystem. It can monitor SO2, NOX, O2, dust, temperature, pressure, velocity, etc. Other parameters can be extended as required for special occasions, such as HCl, HF, CO, CO2, humidity, etc. Measured gas passes sampling probe for dust removal, tracing pipe for sampling, multi-stage filtering and secondary condensation for fast dehydration and cooling, and then enters mild hear tracing gas analysis module (DOAS TDLAS) for analysis and measurement. The system adopts dry measurement method to effectively solve the technical problem that large humidity variation will cause great fluctuation on measurement in occasions like waste incineration.
