GA-5000DN Ammonia Escape Online Monitoring System (NH3) is based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS). It is composed by pretreatment system, gas analysis module and data processing & display. Measured gas passes high-temperature sampling probe for dust removal, tracing pipe for high-temperature transmission, and then enters high-temperature gas analysis module (TDLAS) for analysis and measurement. It effectively solves problems that crystallization of ammonium salt under low temperature blocks flow path; under low temperature, condensate water dissolves NH3 and causes low measurement accuracy; and high dust attenuates optical path in in-situ system and cannot be used for measurement.
Features
"Single-line spectrum" absorption technology, avoiding background gas interference; low detection limit and small span drift.
Heat tracing above 220℃, avoiding crystallization of ammonium salt or dissolution in condensate water.
High automation, less maintenance.
Compact structure, convenient for installation.
Application
Applied in ammonia escape monitoring and process control in SCR or SNCR denitration system of coal-fired power plant, aluminium manufacturer, steelworks, smelting plant, glass plant, cement plant, garbage power plant, chemical plant, etc.
