The ZUV-1000 UVCOD Sensor is a new self-developed sensor employing pulse xenon lamp as the light source and ultraviolet fiber spectrograph as the detector. It can collect absorption spectrum of pollutants in the water of which the wavelength are between 200nm and 800nm. The sensor adopts Chemometrics Algorithm Technology to analyze pollutant content in real time, widely applied to COD and turbidity measurement of surface water, underground water and municipal sewage.
Features
Dispense with reagents, save operation cost, no secondary pollution
Fast response (about 2s), applied to occasions have high requirement for real-time, such as industrial process analysis
Not affected by chloridion
Adopt Full Spectrum (200-800nm) Measurement Technology and Chemometrics Algorithm; compared with Dual-wavelength
Background Deduction Technology, it can measure more parameters and have less influence by sewage composition change
Use Pulse Jet Method to remove the pollutants on two windows; employ high-pressure gas to clean probe automatically; compared with mechanical blade, it is more reliable
