The Blue-green Algae Sensor utilizes characteristic that blue-green algae has absorption peak and emission peak in the spectrum. Emit monochromatic light on absorption peak of blue-green algae and irradiate to the water. The blue-green algae in the water will absorb the energy of monochromatic light and release monochromatic light of emission peak in another wavelength. The light intensity emitted by blue-green algae is in direct proportion to the blue-green algae content in water. The sensor is easy to install and use. The product is widely applied to blue-green algae monitoring in sewage plants, waterworks, surface water, aquaculture and industries, etc.
